Find Illinois Public Health Statistics
and documents here.
We could not find many stats on Lyme
Disease on the State's website, nor do they offer a pamphlet to residents.
Listed as a "Reportable Communicable Disease" >
How odd?
We all know the number is much higher as each one of us knows at least this many personally who are infected.
Honestly, there are millions infected around the world.
They say we have "Chronic Fatique", Fibromyalgia, Joint/Muscle pain, Lupus, ALS and array of other diseases.
Click the link below to see how and why we are NOT being reported
See how to interpret the ELISA (EIA) test.

The Illinois Public Health department recognises the flawed two test
criteria recommended by the CDC and the IDSA.
Illinois Governor Quinn recognizes that there is a problem
with Lyme Disease in state and has signed a Proclamation to designate May Lyme Disease Awareness month for 3
years.

We contacted Attorney General Lisa Madigans' office and sent her a packet of information
that Connecticut Richard Blumenthal used as leverage against the IDSA.
Looking over Lisa Madigans' website
she states she will protect Illinoisians health, she does not have one thing about Lyme disease or any co-infections
listed anywhere on her site.
See our letter to her here: See her reply here:
Not one time was Yale mentioned in our letter. We just wanted her to do what she "proclaims"
on her site. The below text was from her site:
"Attorney General Lisa Madigan’s Consumer Protection Division protects Illinois consumers
and businesses victimized by fraud, deception, and unfair business practices. The work of the Division is carried out by the
following bureaus: Consumer Fraud Bureau, Charitable Trust Bureau, Franchise Bureau, Health Care Bureau, and Veterans Rights
Bureau. The Consumer Fraud and Health Care Bureaus offer informal
dispute resolution programs for consumers with complaints concerning their purchases and health care. Although the
Attorney General’s Office will do it’s best to assist you, the Attorney General’s Office is prohibited from
representing citizens privately. If you need a lawyer, please see our list of legal aid referrals or the Illinois State Bar Association. Law enforcement actions are taken by the Attorney General to protect the public good and to ensure a fair
market place. Read about major Attorney General Consumer Protection cases on the settlements page. An important part of the Division’s work is to provide Illinois citizens with the information necessary
to avoid becoming victims of consumer fraud and to aid in making wise purchasing decisions. Our website contains a number
of fact sheets, news releases and links to other consumer-related sites. The
Division also advocates on behalf of Illinois citizens by holding hearings, drafting reports and legislation on emerging consumer
issues." Write
to her! Tell
her we need to be heard!
